The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the conditions for processing the personal data you provide us through the electronic forms on this website regarding THE PSA CLUB services.

The time period for how long PSAG will keep your personal data is determined by the purpose for processing the data and the following criteria:

PSAG does not make any automated decisions based on the processing of personal data.

6.1.Rights: The owner of the personal data has the right of access, to rectification, erasure, restriction of the processing, the right to obtain a copy of their Personal Data to grant them to another service provider of their choice, and the right to oppose the processing of their personal data in cases where they are processed for the purpose of direct sales.

They may also withdraw any prior consent they have granted, at any time, provided that the data processing is carried out on the basis of their having granted consent.

These rights are applicable inasmuch as they apply the current data protection legislation.
